Julian Eleison (b. 1998, Los Angeles) is a digital painter based in London. His work sits at the intersection of painting, sculpture, and light-sensitive installation, oftentimes pulling from anime, contemporary painting, and painting history. Each digital painting consists of a still image on a screen, made using a stylus and a drawing tablet. When taken together, these works make the argument that digital paiting can, in fact, be good.
